Non-Diving Courses

Did you know that your PADI dive centre offers a number of “dry” non-diving courses, which are available to all?
People from all ages and backgrounds can learn about FIRST AID techniques through the Emergency First Response (Primary and Secondary Care) course, where participants learn through multimedia (DVD and book), observe demonstrations by an EFR Instructor, practice techniques, and then apply these skills in a series of scenarios. This rewarding course takes just one day. EFR Refresher courses are also available. EFR is a pre-requisite for the PADI (Junior) Rescue Diver course (see Specialties & Rescue page).
We also offer a number of CONSERVATION courses through the Project AWARE Foundation (Aquatic World Awareness, Responsibility and Education), suitable for all ages and backgrounds. These fascinating sessions will introduce participants to the aquatic world, look at conservation issues, and the way in which we can all contribute to a healthy planet.
